Do also note that carriers have suspended Service Guarantees for all shipments from any origin to any destination. Please track your item, the information provided from the carrier has the most up-to-date location of your parcel. If you have just received the tracking details, please allow 24 hours for tracking number(s) to activate. Our customer care team has no further information.

Although our stores are currently closed because of Toronto and York Region lockdown, you can still shop with us online and select the shipping option that suits you best. We also offer curbside/in-store pickup in two of our locations:

P.O. BOX ADDRESS SHIPPING
We now ship to P.O. box addresses. To ensure that orders being sent to a P.O. box and rural addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address or highway number with your order. Do note that items over a certain weight may not be able to be shipped or only be available for pick up at the local courier pick up depot. You will be contacted by a customer service represented if this is the case.
Free shipping is valid for ground service only on all orders over $99 before shipping, taxes and rebates across Canada with the exception of Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Nunavut, Yukon and the North West Territories.
Shipping is not waived on Door Crasher deals, promotional offers, items ending in 0.96 & 0.97. Orders will be shipped via Canada Post Standard Ground, we strive to offer the best possible service. If an applicable alternate shipping option is available you may be entitled to an upgrade at our discretion.
You may track your package by directly visiting the website of the carrier (e.g. UPS, Canada Post) and using the tracking ID number provided to your order. This tracking ID number can be found in the confirmation email you received when your order was shipped as well as in your My Account under your order history.
Alternatively, you can click on Track My Order located under the My Account section at the bottom right area of any LuggageCity.ca web page. You must be logged into your LuggageCity.ca account to be able to see your order status. Please note that tracking may not be available for up to 24 hours after your order has been shipped.
Once your order leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. If the arrival of your order has been delayed for over 7 business days please contact us and one of our customer service representatives will contact the carrier to report a lost package.
We do not refund shipping costs, please refer to our Customer Service Returns page for further information.We are not responsible for any package returned to us due to a typing error in the shipping address.
Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 business days*, Monday - Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time.
