Coronavirus Update

Dear Luggage City & K.Jamson customers,


Effective June 28, 2020 All our retail doors have opened for business. Please check our Locations & Hours for the most up-to-date operating hours. 

As the COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) continues to evolve and impact our communities, ensuring the health, safety and well-being of our employees, their family and our customers continues to be our top priority.  Our hearts go out to all of those who have been impacted by this outbreak. In this time of uncertainty remember to talk to people you trust, such as friends, family or even your fellow community members. It is normal to feel sad, stressed, confused, scared or even angry during a crisis. By supporting one another we will get through this, together.

Over the past couple months we have been making adjustments and temporarily closed our retail stores and Head Office.  As of Monday May 11th, the Ontario Government allowed stores with their own direct store front to open for curbside pick-up.  As such our Luggage City, Woodbridge location is welcoming customers to shop online in the comfort and safety at home and select 'Free In-Store Pickup (Woodbridge)' upon check-out and one of our customer service associates will contact you to make the arrangements.

On Tuesday May 19th we will be allowed to reopen our stores where permitted.  Implementing strict precautionary measures for the healthy and safety of our employees and customers remains our top priority.  A couple of precautionary measures to note:

  • Our employees will be wearing face masks.  Customers entering our premises will be expected to do the same and wear a face mask.  If they do not have one readily available we will provide a disposable one.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available and our team will regularly sanitize areas such as door handles, keyboards, credit card machine(encouraging contactless payment of course), and anywhere else necessary.  Customers may also request their receipt to be emailed to them by providing their email address.
  • We will also be limiting the number of customers allowed inside our premises to ensure our staff and customers able to keep a safe social distance.
  • We will also be operating under reduced hours of operation.  For the most up-to-date hours please scroll down to view individual location & hours.
  • For our customers who are unable to leave their home or just prefer to keep a social distance in isolation we extend to you our Luggage City personal shopper experience. Simply drop us a line at sales@luggagecity.ca informing us you'd like to make an appointment (do also let us know the date and time that works best for you) with one of our cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable personal shoppers. One of our customer service representatives will reach back out to you to schedule the appointment.
